South Africa’s tour of India heads into the final leg as the teams face each other in a three-match women’s T20 cricket series at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, starting Friday.
All matches in the India-W vs South Africa-W T20 cricket series will be played at the same venue and will start at 7:00 PM IST. Live streaming and telecast will be available in India.

The Indian women’s cricket team led by Harmanpreet Kaur put up a dominant performance in the ODIs and Tests. Smriti Mandhana led the charge in the WODIs with 343 runs, the most runs ever scored by a player in a three-match series, as India won 3-0.
The record-breaking spree continued in the only Test that took place in Chennai. Shafali Verma starred with a sensational double century (205 off 197 balls), registering the seventh-best individual total in women’s Test history, also the second-best for an Indian.

by Smiti Mandhana’s 149, India recorded the highest team total in women’s Test history (603/6). Sneh Rana continued the momentum with the ball, becoming only the second Indian to record a 10-wicket haul after Jhulan Goswami as India emerged victorious by 10 wickets.

In T20 internationals, Indian women enjoy the upper hand in the head-to-head battle. In 16 meetings between the teams, the Women in Blue won nine, while the South African women’s cricket team have won only six. The other two matches had no result.
