Paris Olympics 2024 LIVE Updates: Manu Bhaker has created history by becoming the first ever female shooter from India to win an Olympic medal. The star Indian shooter clinched a historic bronze in the women’s 10m air pistol event in Paris on Sunday.

PV Sindhu was in red-hot form as she began her quest for a third straight Olympic medal with a dominant show in women’s singles group match today. She defeated FN Abdul Razzaq 21-9, 21-6 in less than 30 minutes. Then in the Women’s 10m Air Rifle individual qualification round, Ramita Jindal made the final but Elavenil Valarivan was eliminated. In rowing, Balraj Panwar finished second in his repechage of men’s singles sculls to qualify for the quarter-finals.
